Chinese Beef Sate

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger and fresh ground pepper. Toss with the beef strips, then refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
  2. Weave the strips onto the skewers, then grill or broil.
  3. Plate and serve.
